Update: Wednesday 17 December 2014 – My heart goes out to the friends and families of Katrina Dawson and Tori Johnson, the two hostages that didn’t make it out of the Lindt Cafe on Martin Place in the early hours of yesterday morning. My hopes were for such a different ending.
